Important understandings before using our services
Before using Guardian Trucking’s services, customers should understand that our trucking and freight transportation services depend on accurate shipment information, proper scheduling, and timely communication.
Customers are responsible for providing correct pickup and delivery details, contact information, shipment descriptions, appointment times, special instructions, and billing information. Delays, detention, extra stops, waiting time, rejected loads, incorrect addresses, or changes requested after dispatch may result in additional charges.
Guardian Trucking will make reasonable efforts to provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services. Delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, border delays, road conditions, mechanical issues, shipper or receiver delays, government inspections, or other situations outside our control.
Customers agree to communicate with us for service-related matters, including quotes, pickup and delivery updates, and appointment changes.

Our responsibilities and yours
Guardian Trucking is responsible for providing professional freight transportation services, communicating with customers, handling shipment details, coordinating pickup and delivery, providing shipment updates when available, and making reasonable efforts to complete transportation services safely and on time.
Guardian Trucking is also responsible for maintaining proper business communication, protecting customer information, following applicable transportation requirements, and using customer information only for service-related, billing, safety, legal, and compliance purposes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information, including pickup and delivery addresses, contact names, phone numbers, appointment times, shipment details, special instructions, billing information, and any documents needed for transportation.
Customers are also responsible for making sure freight is ready for pickup, properly packaged, accurately described, and available.

Resolving disagreements
If there is ever a disagreement or concern, Guardian Trucking prefers to resolve the matter through clear and professional communication first. Customers should contact us as soon as possible with the shipment details, issue, supporting documents, and any relevant information so we can review the matter properly.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the issue, communicate with the customer, and work toward a fair resolution. This may include reviewing shipment records, emails, text messages, invoices, bills of lading, delivery documents, appointment details, or other related information.
If the matter cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to continue handling the disagreement in a professional manner and follow any applicable contract terms, transportation rules, insurance procedures, or legal requirements.
